モンティ・パイソン（Monty Python）は、イギリスを代表するコメディグループ。  『人生狂騒曲』（Monty Python's The Meaning Of Life）は、1983年に公開されたモンティ・パイソンの4作目にして最後の映画。
この映画について二言。下ネタ、グロ。そのような分野においておっさんである小生にはかなりの耐性があるので、不覚にも楽しんでしまいましたが家族では絶対見ないでください。男女の生殖行動、カトリックとプロテスタントの避妊に関する考えの違いや、臓器移植など一見ジョークの中にモンティパイソン哲学をところどころ感じました。それなしにはこの映画はただの低俗なB級どころかZ級に成り下がっていたでしょう。（レストランのひたすらゲロシーンなど）
